About Tappo
Meet Tappo's connected restaurant operating system
Tappo is an intelligent operating system for modern restaurants. It connects MOS for cloud management, Station for front-line service and Pulse for real-time mobile visibility, so ordering, delivery, fulfilment, reporting and multi-store management can work from the same system.
Tappo is suited to restaurants, small food businesses, cafés, takeaway stores and pickup stores that want to use phones, tablets or straightforward devices for ordering, payment, printing and day-to-day visibility. If you run a large chain or have complex membership, central-kitchen or multi-store permission workflows, speak with the team first.
Tappo handles front-line orders and payment, while also connecting store operations, back-office management, mobile visibility and enabled services. The right starting setup depends on your current workflow and needs.
MOS brings together store management, reports and enabled services. Station supports ordering, payment, printing and fulfilment at the store. Pulse lets owners view key figures and store updates from their phone. Each has a different role in one connected operating workflow.
No. Start by improving the part of your workflow that needs attention most — such as ordering, fulfilment or order visibility — then add management, hardware or mobile visibility where it fits your store.
Tappo can support multi-store operations, but large chains often have requirements around brand hierarchy, permissions, central kitchens, payment and system connections. Share your store count and workflow first so the team can confirm the current fit.
Yes. Send your store type, existing devices, expected order volume and the problem you want to solve on WhatsApp. The Tappo team will follow up based on that information.
Pricing, hardware and getting started
The questions restaurants ask before getting started
Tappo has no fixed software subscription fee. Eligible completed orders use credits under the applicable rules. Hardware, payment, delivery and other arrangements are confirmed separately for each store.
No. It means there is no fixed software subscription fee. Eligible completed orders use credits, and hardware is confirmed separately if required.
Credits are Tappo usage units. Eligible completed orders use credits under the applicable rules, and your account shows your balance, usage and top-up history.
Each customer is charged for up to 3,000 completed orders per month. Eligible completed orders above that monthly limit do not add further credit usage.
New accounts in all regions receive 500 credits. Use them within 30 days of registration for eligible completed orders.
No. Credits cover Tappo usage. Tablets, printers and cash drawers are handled separately based on your store workflow.
You can check first. Share the device type, exact model, system version, connection method and where it will be used; the team can then assess whether it is suitable.
Tablets, printers and cash drawers are common, but you do not need to buy everything at once. The right setup depends on your dine-in, delivery, pickup, printing and cash-payment workflow.
Download Tappo or contact us on WhatsApp. It helps to have your store type, estimated monthly order volume, current hardware and the workflow you want to improve ready.
Share your store type, number of locations, estimated monthly order volume, current tablet, printer and cash-drawer setup, and whether you handle dine-in, delivery or pickup orders.
Restaurant operations
Which parts of daily operations should you streamline first?
Start with how you take orders, accept payment, print tickets, hand over food and review information after service. The priority is to remove the repeated work and information gaps that happen most often.
When order data follows the workflow, front-line staff spend less time rewriting or reconciling orders, the kitchen can see what needs to be fulfilled, and owners can review the same operational data afterwards. The exact setup should fit your service model.
QR code ordering lets customers scan a code to view the menu and place an order. It can reduce pressure on staff taking orders, but the right fit depends on your store type, menu and service style.
Pickup orders are placed for collection at the store; they are not the same as a delivery-platform integration. For smaller stores, the key is making the menu, order handling and collection flow clear.
Many owners start with daily sales, order volume, payment methods, best-selling items and unusual changes. These help you review how the store performed after service.
Service connections
How ecosystem services connect
Tappo is designed to connect the services a restaurant uses through the same operating system. MOS brings together enabled services and the related operational data, so owners do not need to keep checking separate places.
Once a suitable service is enabled, Tappo connects the relevant workflow, back-office management or operational data according to that arrangement. Available services and how they are used depend on your store and confirmed plan.
No. Services are enabled progressively based on what your store needs, what is applicable and what has been confirmed. Address the most urgent operating issue first, then decide what comes next.
Yes. Tell us about your current workflow, store type, existing devices and the area you want to improve on WhatsApp. The team can suggest a suitable way to start and the service connections that can be confirmed.
Fit and confirmation
Confirm the boundaries before you start
Ask first, then decide. The team can consider your number of locations, staff workflow, printing locations, payment methods and existing devices to confirm whether Tappo is suitable directly or needs additional setup.
Hardware models, final prices, delivery and after-sales arrangements need team confirmation. The Pricing page covers credits and usage cost; hardware is handled separately.
Yes. Tappo is designed to let restaurant owners clarify their store type, pricing, hardware and workflow before deciding whether to start.
If you need a highly customised central kitchen, specialised permissions, specific hardware lock-in or an unsupported system connection, ask the team to confirm first. Tappo does not promise that every scenario can be used immediately before the workflow is understood.
