How credits work
How do Tappo credits work?
Credits are charged by usage, not a fixed monthly fee. Each eligible completed order uses 1 credit; the two scenarios are calculated separately.
Credits are deducted after orders are completed
Dine-in, QR, pickup and delivery orders are counted only after completion.
Monthly credits have a cap
Up to 4,000 eligible completed orders per month when both scenarios are used together.
Account records stay clear
Credits used, balance and top-up records are available in your account.
The calculator recommends a credit pack and estimates monthly usage cost from your order volume.

No. You can use dine-in + takeaway, delivery-platform aggregation, or both together.
Each eligible completed order uses 1 credit. Dine-in + takeaway is capped at 3,000 points per month, with usage-based cost capped at HK$150.

The scenarios are calculated separately and capped separately, for a combined maximum of 4,000 points / HK$200 per month.
No. They are monthly usage caps. If you do not reach a cap, you are charged according to actual eligible completed orders.
